• Schedule: Evenings & Mixed Shifts (Rotating Weekends)

• Shift Length: 8-hour shifts only

• Available Shift Times:

  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Hourly Pay Range: $27.00 – $38.00/hour (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: Available on a case-by-case basis

Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a Radiology Technologist to join a busy acute care imaging department in Aventura, Florida.

This role is open to experienced technologists and new graduates who have passed the ARRT boards. The Radiology Technologist plays a key role in delivering timely, high-quality diagnostic imaging while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and imaging protocols

• Ensure patient safety, positioning accuracy, and radiation protection standards

• Prepare patients for imaging exams and explain procedures clearly and professionally

• Maintain accurate documentation and image records in the imaging system

• Collaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, and clinical teams to support patient care

• Maintain equipment readiness and adhere to quality control standards

• Serve as a professional, patient-facing representative of the imaging department

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) – Required

• State of Florida Radiologic Technologist license

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA) within 30 days of hire

New Graduates Encouraged

• New graduates who have successfully passed the ARRT and state boards are encouraged to apply
