Position Overview
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and mission-driven relationship builder to grow and steward corporate partnerships that fuel UWCF’s impact in education, health, early childhood education, sustainable housing and financial stability. If you love engaging company leaders and employee champions, running energetic workplace campaigns, and connecting teams to meaningful volunteerism, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow a portfolio of corporate partners. Build year-round relationships with company decision-makers and Employee Campaign Coordinators (ECCs); set goals and deliver results in participation and revenue.
- Lead workplace campaigns. Plan and execute presentations, rallies, ePledge efforts, leadership giving, special events, and recognition; coach ECCs and volunteer callers.
- Collaborate across UWCF. Work closely with Resource Development, Marketing, Community Impact, Finance, and Donor Services to deliver a seamless partner experience --materials, storytelling, reporting, and acknowledgments.
- Manage data and forecasting. Ensure timely pledge processing and accurate CRM entry; track portfolio metrics; prepare reports and recommendations.
- Represent UWCF. Deliver compelling presentations; staff corporate and community events; embody UWCF’s values in all interactions.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with executive presence and empathy.
- Strong project/event management; skilled at juggling multiple timelines and on‑site activations.
- Comfortable using a CRM and Excel/Google Sheets to guide decisions; detail‑oriented and process‑savvy.
- Mission‑driven teammate who thrives in a collaborative, community‑facing environment.
- Exceptional ability to build, cultivate, and deepen donor relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation; and ability to work some early mornings/evenings during campaign season. When not in the field, an in-office presence is expected at UWCF’s Lakeland headquarters.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, nonprofit management, or related field.
- 3–5+ years in corporate relations, account management, fundraising, or B2B client success with a record of meeting goals.
- Track record of highly successful donor or volunteer relationship development.
- Familiarity with the local philanthropic landscape is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary range of $50,000–$55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. UWCF offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 403(b) retirement savings plan with employer match
- Generous paid time off and holiday schedule
- Opportunities for professional development and advancement
