A premier, fast-growing medical aesthetics practice in Fort Myers is seeking an experienced Master Injector / Aesthetic Injector for a part-time or full-time position. This opportunity is ideal for a highly driven, entrepreneurial injector who is interested in long-term growth, leadership, and potential ownership within a thriving practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic injections including Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, facial balancing, and biostimulators
- Conduct high-quality consultations and build comprehensive treatment plans
- Ethically upsell through patient education and long-term aesthetic planning
- Drive patient retention, revenue growth, and overall practice success
- Support leadership initiatives, injector mentoring, and clinical excellence
Required Qualifications
- Active license as Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- 3+ years of aesthetic injection experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques
- Proven success in medical aesthetics, med spa, or cosmetic dermatology
- Strong sales acumen, customer service skills, and professionalism
