Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
BGSF is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a residential apartment community in Fort Myers, FL. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician with leadership experience to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure the property is running efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance team and daily operations
- Perform and oversee repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- Ensure timely completion of work orders and preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotation
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance and supervisory experience required
- Must have own tools
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage time and tasks effectively
