Busy Internal Medicine practice in PBG is currently hiring an experienced Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities include answering phones, triaging calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, checking in and out, scanning documents, filing paperwork, and maintaining medical records. Applicants must have 2+ years of medical office experience, excellent phone and communication skills, proficiency in medical terminology, knowledge of Microsoft applications, a positive, energetic demeanor, and appearance. eClinicalWorks experience a must, and Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
