This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property professional who is passionate about driving lease-up execution, elevating resident experience, and leading a small team to outperform goals. With control over leasing strategy, marketing, and day-to-day operations, the right candidate will have the platform to deliver real impact with high-end clientele and clear expectations to stabilize occupancy.

Responsibilities
- Own leasing operations and pipeline for a Class A community under active lease-up
- Lead, coach, and schedule a small on-site leasing team
- Build and execute marketing and social media campaigns that drive qualified traffic
- Deliver a polished, hospitality-level experience for high-end clientele and prospects
Qualifications
- Leasing Manager or Assistant Manager experience in Class A+ multifamily
- Upbeat, positive presence with polished and clear communication skills
- Highly organized with a track record of juggling priorities while leading a team
- Hands-on marketing and social media expertise, able to speak to campaigns you’ve run
- Comfortable with reporting, goal tracking, and collaborating cross-functionally
Perks
- Earn $65k or more in annual compensation, including salary, bonus, and commission
- 10 percent quarterly bonus eligibility
- Earn $175 in commission per lease signed
