We are hosting Open Interviews this weekend:
When: Saturday (08/16/25) and Sunday (08/17/25)
Time: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Location: Sunshine Academy of Flagler
170 Old Kings Rd South
Flagler Beach, Fl 32136

Walk in anytime during these hours - no appointment for interview is needed!

Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Implement age - appropriate curriculum and activities
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Support children's growth in social, emotional and cognitive development
- Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation and safety standards

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Early Childhood Education is preferred
- 45 DCF hours, CDA, FCCPC, or degree in Early Childhood Education (or willingness to pursue)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for working with young children
