Occupational Therapist – Full-Time (Days, Rotating Weekends)

📍 Location: Coastal Florida (Atlantis & Fort Pierce)

Overview:

We are seeking passionate and patient-centered Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic healthcare teams in two beautiful Florida locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations and treatment interventions within the scope of practice established by law and professional ethics.
• Assess therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Deliver purposeful and skilled therapeutic interactions aligned with physician directives.
• Monitor and report patient responses and changes in condition.
• Communicate payor requirements to physicians, care teams, patients, and families.
• Prioritize caseloads, coordinate daily staffing needs, and manage handoffs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registered Occupational Therapist (OT license)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of start
• Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care, inpatient, or rehab (required for Fort Pierce; new grads welcome in Atlantis)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $32.62 – $48.93
