Registered Nurse - PCU

Job Details:
\n
• Work 36 guaranteed hours for 3x12 hour shifts or 40 guaranteed hours for 8/10 hour shifts
\n• Minimum 2 years PCU experience required, plus ICU experience within the last 3 years
\n• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
\n• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
\n• Epic experience must be level 3 or 4, familiarity with cardiac drips required
\n• Float to all 3 hospitals within 20 miles (Martin North, South, Tradition)
\n• White scrubs required
\n• Chart using EPIC system
\n• Free parking in unrestricted spaces
\n• EKG and pharmacy tests required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each
\n• Skills include: BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilated patient care, arterial line management, dysrhythmia management, central line care, cardiac and vasoactive drip titration, isolation precautions, ABG interpretation, continuous IV sedation, and multisystem organ dysfunction management
\n• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
\n• Two references from direct supervisor/manager required
\n• First-time travelers accepted
