Responsibilities:
- Experience with drafting
- Legal research
- Order O&E Reports
- Filing / e-filing
- Defaulting appropriately
- Schedule Mediations/ Hearings
- Scanning
- Data Entry
- Following up with Clients/ Opposing Council

Qualifications:
- 1 yr minimum Real Estate Legal Experience preferred
- 1 yr minimum Litigation / Personal Injury / Mold Experience preferred***
- Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
