- Shift: 12-hour nights, 3 shifts/week\n
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week\n
- On-Call: 12 hours per 6-week schedule\n
- EMR System: Epic\n
- Scrub Colors: Galaxy Blue and/or White\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Florida or compact state\n
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience\n
- Prior travel nursing experience required\n
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (American Heart Association)\n
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (required)\n
- AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring and EFM certification (preferred)\n
- Ability to provide care for high-acuity patients\n
- Degree accreditation on profile or 5 years of RN experience required\n
- Willingness to float to other units or sister campuses as needed\n
- Submit all time-off or schedule requests with application\n
\n\nL&D RN Responsibilities\n

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting\n
- Monitor and assess patients, ensuring safety and comfort throughout labor and delivery\n
- Utilize advanced fetal monitoring skills to interpret and respond to patient needs\n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care\n
- Document all care provided using Epic EMR system\n
- Float to other units or campuses as required, functioning as core nursing staff\n
- Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled\n
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures\n
