Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Attorney who thrives at the intersection of legal strategy and business growth. This role is ideal for a legal professional who not only brings a sharp understanding of corporate and transactional law, but also carries a courtroom-tested litigation background. If you’re energized by complex deals, regulatory nuance, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, this role is for you.

Your Role: Strategic Partner in Growth & Protection

You’ll act as the legal engine behind our business operations and expansion plans, proactively identifying risks, crafting airtight agreements, and advising across business units. You’ll also take the lead on litigation matters - active or pending - bringing a no-nonsense, results-oriented mindset.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as lead counsel on high-stakes corporate transactions, M&A, and joint ventures.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including:

    • NDAs, vendor and partner agreements, licensing deals, purchase and sale agreements.

  • Advise senior leadership on deal structure, entity formation, and legal risk exposure.

  • Lead or manage litigation strategy and work collaboratively with outside counsel.

  • Navigate compliance across TCPA, sweepstakes/promotional law, and gaming regulations.

  • Maintain a proactive legal infrastructure that scales with rapid business growth.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school; admitted to practice and in good standing.

  • 5+ years of litigation experience at a reputable law firm and/or in-house.

  • Deep expertise in corporate and transactional law, particularly in high-growth, founder-led businesses.

  • Strong familiarity with TCPA compliance, sweepstakes/gambling law, consumer protection, and digital marketing regulations.

  • Business-minded judgment - you understand how to minimize risk without blocking opportunity.

Proven ability to work autonomously, adapt quickly, and communicate legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers.
