The Role
We need a Service Advisor at our Miami Lakes location who thrives on helping people and keeping things running smoothly in the shop. You'll be the friendly face customers trust, the translator between the techs and the clients, and the person who makes sure cars (and customers) leave happier than they arrived.
What You'll Do

Greet customers like you actually want them to come back (because you do).

Explain repairs in plain English, not tech-jargon.

Keep clients in the loop while their cars are in the shop.

Work closely with our technicians to keep everything moving.

Write service orders, handle invoicing, and manage scheduling with our shop systems.

Help us raise the bar for what people expect from an auto repair experience.
What We're Looking For

At least 3 years as a Service Advisor (sorry, dealership background doesn't fit this role).

Strong knowledge of European cars is a plus, but being customer-focused is non-negotiable.

A people person who can juggle tasks without dropping the ball.

Tech-savvy enough to pick up our shop management systems quickly.

Someone who values honesty, teamwork, and building trust.

Compensation: $700/week base plus 6% GP commission. Strong performers can push past $100,000 annually!
