Estate Planning Attorney - Join a Forward-Thinking Legal Team
What You'll Be Doing:

Drafting a wide range of estate planning documents including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments.

Managing all aspects of probate and trust administration from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.

Preparing federal estate and gift tax returns, with precision and compliance at the forefront.

Collaborating closely with clients to develop personalized estate strategies that align with their financial goals and family dynamics.

Advising fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and families on their rights and responsibilities in estate matters.
What We're Looking For:

At least 3 years of hands-on estate planning experience.

Strong knowledge of federal estate and gift taxation.

Exceptional organizational, drafting, and communication skills.

A collaborative attitude and genuine commitment to client success.

An LL.M. in Taxation is a plus, but not required.
