Job DescriptionSalary:
The Quality Assurance Managerplays a critical role inquality processes throughoutGMFSteel Group. This personis responsible forthe maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)and ensuring compliance with AISC certification standards.Through collaboration with the Plant Manager and production team, this person willidentify, communicate,andexecute quality requirements and special considerations ineach job plan.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all Quality Controlpersonnel
- Resolve & prevent quality challenges
- Review project specifications and create project specific quality plans
- Monitor quality performance and trends (overall and by individual)
- Ensure compliance to all applicable requirements (GMF standards, Certification Programs, Project requirements)
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience, orequivalent
- Bachelor's degreea plusbut notrequired
- Must have experience with Microsoft Suite, full computer literacy
- Must be available to workadditionalwork hours after 4:30pm, nights, and weekends withpossible overtime, where work may be performed at night and on weekends
Salary:
- Dependent upon experience
- Eligibility for performance bonuses
