High volume blind &amp; drapery Installation Company seeking motivated installers 
<ul>
<li>Do you have a reliable van or truck?</li>
<li>Do you have your hand tools, power tools, and other blind installation industry related tools? (All tools to complete the job from start to finish – Drills, Saws, etc.)</li>
<li>Do you have a SmartPhone?</li>
<li>If blinds are unassembled can you put them together in an efficient manner?</li>
<li>Are you a people person with great communication skills?</li>
<li>Are you motivated and do you want to make money?</li>
</ul>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
<li>MUST pass a federal background check</li>
<li>Accuracy with measuring</li>
<li>Ability to follow instructions</li>
<li>Work well within a team</li>
<li>Willing to travel</li>
<li>Demonstrate manual dexterity, and lift or carry heavy loads</li>
<li>Customer service oriented, going beyond customer’s expectation</li>
<li>Positive attitude</li>
<li>Good written and oral communication skills</li>
<li>Complete daily paperwork</li>
<li>Punctual</li>
<li>Demonstrate a respectable and professional representation on behalf of the company</li>
<li>Excellent work ethic</li>
<li>Self-motivated</li>
<li>Strong ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to follow standards and safety procedures</li>
<li>Must have own tools</li>
