We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator / Booker to join our service team. This position is essential in ensuring all warranty claims and repair orders are processed efficiently and accurately in compliance with manufacturer and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and close repair orders (ROs) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Submit and track warranty claims with various manufacturers.
- Reconcile warranty schedules and ensure timely payment of claims.
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians regarding required documentation.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
- Monitor open ROs and follow up on missing information or corrections.
- Handle rejected or unpaid claims and resubmit as needed.
- Maintain organized records and files for all warranty-related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in warranty administration or automotive service department preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient with DMS software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of dealership operations is a plus.
