Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and service on residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professional relationships
• Utilize ServiceTitan software to manage job schedules, work orders, and customer information
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs, system conditions, and recommendations

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential HVAC maintenance
• Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting
• Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check
• Own all necessary tools to perform job duties
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
