As a Luxury Brand Service Advisor at Pines Auto Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking maintenance and repair services for high-end vehicles. Your role will involve coordinating service appointments, communicating with technicians, and ensuring that all client needs are met with the utmost professionalism and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments and effectively manage the service department's calendar
- Communicate with clients to gather information about their vehicle's issues and provide updates on service status
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of service tasks
- Provide cost estimates and answer client inquiries about service options and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, invoices, and client communication
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive service advisory roles preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of luxury vehicle brands and their service requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
