Job Title: Hairstylist & Junior Stylist Positions Available

Location: Zemra Salon & Spa, West Palm Beach, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: Commission-based or Booth Rental (Flexible for the right candidate)

Zemra Salon & Spa is a modern and welcoming salon situated in the heart of West Palm Beach. We are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a supportive environment where stylists can grow creatively and professionally. We’re expanding and currently hiring both experienced Hairstylists and motivated Junior Stylists to join our talented team.

Now Hiring:

1. Experienced Hairstylist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all hair services: cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and consultations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques
• Promote salon services and products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Cosmetology License
• 2+ years of salon experience preferred
• Skilled in modern color techniques, cutting, and styling
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Strong portfolio or Instagram showcasing your work

2. Junior Stylist (Assistant/Stylist in Training)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior stylists with daily salon operations
• Shampooing, blow-drying, toning, and basic styling
• Learn and grow under mentorship and training from senior staff
• Provide excellent support to clients and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Cosmetology License or in process of obtaining
• Passion for the beauty industry and eagerness to learn
• Great attitude, punctuality, and teamwork
• Willingness to grow into a full-time stylist role
