Pookie & Sebastian, a contemporary retail brand known for its bold styles and trendy vibes, is looking for a creative and responsible Key Holder to join our Tampa team!

Position: Key Holder

Location: Tampa, FL

Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + employee discount

What You’ll Do:

• Open and close the store, following all operational and security procedures.
• Lead by example and assist in training team members.
• Manage register operations, cash handling, and daily deposits.
• Support with inventory, stock organization, and visual presentation.
• Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
• Use your eye for color and style to help with outfit coordination, displays, and overall visual aesthetics.

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail or customer service experience.
• Leadership potential and great communication skills.
• Reliable, organized, and enthusiastic.
• Strong sense of fashion and a good eye for color coordination, product styling, and store presentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.
