Job Summary:
BACH LAND DEVELOPMENT is seeking an experienced and motivated Site and Utilities Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize project performance, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Lead teams to execute grading, clearing, demolition, underground utilities, and concrete projects with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and contractors to foster collaboration and successful project outcomes.
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement measures.
• Assist with bidding and qualifying subcontractor’s bids.
• Assist with ordering / scheduling of material / equipment.
• Onsite management/supervision.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction project management or a similar leadership role, with a focus on civil construction or applicable degree and 3 years of experience
• Proven track record of managing construction projects.
• Extensive experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to civil construction.
• Knowledge in cost estimation and project scheduling techniques.

Leadership and Management Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and direct project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Certifications / Licenses (Preferred):

• Underground Contractors License, Florida

Other Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple construction projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license
• Extensive Travel throughout Florida

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110-$150k per year Based on level of experience

Ability to Relocate:

• Tampa/Central Florida: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: Greater Tampa-St Pete-Clearwater-I-4 Corridor area of Western/Central Florida.
