Requirements:
- Active real estate license
- Experience or strong interest in commercial real estate (investment sales, leasing, multifamily, hospitality, etc.)
- Business mindset and client-first attitude
- Commitment to high standards of professionalism, branding, and results

Compensation:
$125,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update lead data in CRM
- Use email templates and texting tools for client communication
- Track and organize tasks and appointments for agents
- Assist in setting up calendar appointments for buyers and sellers
- Support team by maintaining organized client workflows
- Monitor lead response times and report follow-up outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license (required)
- 1+ year of experience in real estate preferred (residential or commercial)
- Basic proficiency with computers and CRM systems
- Real Estate License or working toward licensure
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow standard procedures and timelines
- Independent worker who can manage multiple tasks
