Requirements:

  • Active real estate license
  • Experience or strong interest in commercial real estate (investment sales, leasing, multifamily, hospitality, etc.)
  • Business mindset and client-first attitude
  • Commitment to high standards of professionalism, branding, and results

Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update lead data in CRM
  • Use email templates and texting tools for client communication
  • Track and organize tasks and appointments for agents
  • Assist in setting up calendar appointments for buyers and sellers
  • Support team by maintaining organized client workflows
  • Monitor lead response times and report follow-up outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Active real estate license (required)
  • 1+ year of experience in real estate preferred (residential or commercial)
  • Basic proficiency with computers and CRM systems
  • Real Estate License or working toward licensure
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to follow standard procedures and timelines
  • Independent worker who can manage multiple tasks
