We're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and personable Treatment plan coordinator to join our team and help our patients navigate their treatment journey with clarity and confidence.

Job responsibilities include:


Present and explain treatment plans - knowledge of required treatment and the ability to clearly explain treatment to patients, along with reviewing financial obligations.


Strong customer service skills - greet, comfort and build rapport, naturally with each patient interaction.


Dental Insurance verification - verify insurance and communicate to patients benefits , and patient portions due

Maintain accurate, organized and confidential patient records


What We're Looking for:

• Previous dental office experience - 3 years (periodontal experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of dental terminology
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, polished and friendly demeanor
• Proficiency in dental software (Dentrix experience required)

Full time Monday-Friday (Wednesdays are flexible) (35-40hrs)
