Our busy, family-oriented dental practice is seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized individual who excels in patient communication and can help keep our office running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Verifying insurance benefits and submitting claims
  • Collecting payments and presenting treatment plans
  • Managing phone calls and email communication
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Providing support to both patients and clinical staff
  • Multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Dental office experience REQUIRED
  • Front desk and dental insurance knowledge REQUIRED
  • Strong computer skills, including dental software knowledge (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
