Schedule: Full-Time – Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range (Based on Experience):

• $30.60/hr (Minimum)

• $38.25/hr (Mid-level – ~8 years experience)

• $45.90/hr (Maximum – 17+ years experience)

Shift Differentials:

• $4.25/hr – Nights

• $3.00/hr – Weekends

Sign-On Bonus:

• $10,000 – Days

• $15,000 – Nights

Relocation Assistance: Case by case

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity, 48-bed Intensive Care Unit at a 323-bed ACS Level I Trauma Center and the region’s only Comprehensive Stroke Center in Ocala, Florida. This acute care facility offers advanced orthopedic, cardiovascular, emergency, neurological, robotic surgery, weight loss, and rehabilitation services.

The ICU team is committed to delivering patient-centered critical care while fostering clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered critical care in alignment with state and specialty standards

• Perform advanced assessments, procedures, monitoring, and interventions as ordered

• Monitor neurological, cardiovascular, and trauma-related conditions

• Accurately document patient care and clinical findings in a timely manner

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, recovery, and follow-up care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Support evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care RN experience (within the last 3 years)

• Higher acuity experience preferred (ICU, PCU, Stepdown); strong Med/Surg candidates may be considered

• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days if relocating)

• Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

• BLS (AHA) – within 30 days of hire

• ACLS – within 30 days of hire

• TNCC or CCRN certification required within 1 year of hire
