Pride Health is hiring a Float Phlebotomist-II to support our client’s medical facility, which is based in Lehigh Acres, FL 33971
This is a Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Title: Float Phlebotomist-II
Location: Lehigh Acres, FL 33971
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 1:30 pm and Saturday 6 am-10 am (40hrs/week)
Pay Range: $20.27- $22.63 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary draws on all age groups.
- Verify patient ID and accurately label specimens.
- Enter patient and test data into systems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Travel to various sites as needed; flexible scheduling required.
- Follow all company policies and standard procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
✅ Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a Patient Service Center (PSC) or similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Proficiency in keyboard and data entry operations is essential.
✅ Qualifications Required:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
