Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Program Director to maintain departmental policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, and compliance with HFAP and ACR guidelines.
- Supervise Radiology & CT staff across all Intuitive Health/Uf Health Jacksonville ER and Urgent Care facilities.
- Oversee daily operations to optimize productivity and patient census.
- Manage staffing responsibilities, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and terminations.
- Create and maintain Radiology staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
- Ensure radiology studies are conducted per legal and company standards.
- Provide educational support and consultation to medical, nursing, and administrative staff.
- Attend required meetings and participate in committees as needed.
- Facilitate communication within the department and with other hospital departments.
- Develop and uphold lab policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead monthly governing board meetings and quarterly quality assurance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to all laws and regulations, including HIPAA and employment regulations.
- Enforce company policies and maintain effective communication with administration and leadership.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two-year college or technical school accredited in Radiologic Technology.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Ability to interact effectively with customers to understand needs and explain data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and by phone, with physicians, staff, and patients.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Active registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required.
- Adequate CT experience with proven competence.
- 1-3 years of Radiology supervision or lead experience preferred.
- CPR certification required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
