Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants.
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to promote development.
- Observe and document children's progress and milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Background check and clearance required.
- Positive, nurturing demeanor with a love for children.
