About the Role
You’ll manage a full docket of employment law matters for major clients, including:
- EEOC, DOL, and other administrative agency charges
- EPLI-covered and single-plaintiff employment litigation
- Attorney demand letters
- All phases of litigation: discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and hearings
- Case strategy, supervision of junior attorneys, and collaboration with senior partners
The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person court appearances or client meetings as needed.

What We’re Looking For
- Senior-level attorney with 8+ years of employment litigation experience
- Ability to independently manage cases from intake through resolution
- Law firm experience required; EPLI experience preferred
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state
- Strong communication, writing, and litigation skills
