Direct Care Staff – Pinellas & Pasco County

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Care Staff to join our team supporting individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Level 2 background screening required
• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Must have reliable transportation
• Some experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
• Completion of APD-required trainings is a plus (can be completed upon hire if not already obtained)

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal support and assistance with daily living skills
• Encourage independence and community involvement
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment
• Work collaboratively with staff and families to meet client goals

Details:

• Pay: $15 per hour
• Shifts: Flexible/varied schedules available (days, evenings, weekends)
• Locations: Pinellas County & Pasco County, Florida
