Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will represent clients in various litigation matters while providing sound legal advice and innovative solutions. This role involves working on high-stakes cases and requires a strong understanding of several areas of law, including commercial litigation and bankruptcy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
  • Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients
  • Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting litigation practices
  • Manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, ideally in commercial and bankruptcy law
  • Strong knowledge of creditors' rights, family law, and transactional law
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with real estate and lender liability cases is a plus
