Position Summary
We’re seeking a full-time Lift Station Technician to join our Orlando-based field service team. In this role, you’ll travel to job sites across Central Florida to install, maintain, and repair lift stations, pumps, motors, control panels, and related systems. This is a hands-on, field-based position with year-round work, excellent benefits, and strong growth potential within a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform field service work on wastewater lift stations and related pumping systems
  • Diagnose and repair submersible pumps, motors, control panels, floats, valves, and electrical components
  • Conduct routine maintenance and emergency repairs for municipal, commercial, and industrial clients
  • Complete job documentation, service reports, and communicate with dispatch and project managers
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergency service
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment on all job sites

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience servicing lift stations or wastewater pumping systems (preferred)
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and work with basic control systems
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment, entering confined spaces, and working outdoors in varied weather
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus)
  • Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout Central Florida and participate in on-call rotation

Compensation
$25.00 – $45.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
