Position Summary

We are seeking an Additive Manufacturing Specialist to join our engineering team. In this role, you will manage and operate our in-house 3D printing capabilities, supporting both R&D and production needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and eager to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a fleet of FDM and SLA 3D printers
• Perform post-processing tasks (support removal, sanding, finishing, curing)
• Conduct CAD slicing, file preparation, and printer scheduling
• Maintain and track material inventory (resins, filaments, consumables)
• Troubleshoot and resolve common printer and equipment issues
• Document builds, part quality, and turnaround times for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum of an AS, preferably in a technical discipline
• Practical experience with additive manufacturing (FDM/SLA) required
• Strong CAD skills and familiarity with slicing software
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• U.S. Citizenship required (due to U.S. Government ITAR regulations)
