Diesel Mechanic

Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment repairs, conduct routine vehicle maintenance, and diagnose mechanical issues in diesel engines.
- Maintain and repair tractors and equipment, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining repair procedures, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks, coordinate workflow, and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Adhere to maintenance schedules, document work performed, and maintain accurate records of parts used.
Skills:
- Proficiency in equipment repair, maintenance, and diesel engine repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various automotive systems.
- Experience with tractors and equipment with familiarity with schematics.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
