Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Home Health RN for a 13-week travel contract in Ocala, FL. This role involves direct patient care in the home, OASIS documentation, and charting with Homecare Homebase (HCHB). The right candidate will be an independent and compassionate nurse who thrives in a community-based care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care and conduct assessments in the home

• Complete OASIS documentation for admissions, resumptions, recerts, and discharges

• Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for accurate and efficient charting

• Provide education and support to patients and families

• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications:

• Current Florida RN license

• 2+ years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in home health

• OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) proficiency required

• Reliable transportation, drivers license, and auto insurance

• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
