Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Surgical Services opportunity will have the following job responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>The Director of Surgical Services ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. </li>
<li>The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives. </li>
</ul>

Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Surgical Services opportunity must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
<ul>
<li>MUST HAVE MIN 3 YRS OF DIR SS EXPERIENCE IN ACUTE CARE</li>
<li>Minimum education of BSN</li>
<li>Must have BLS and ACLS certifications</li>
<li>Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of RN leadership experience</li>
