Technician Position Overview
As a technician, you’ll help keep Florida properties looking their best while becoming a valued part of our thriving team. Responsibilities include:

Cleaning residential and commercial windows (interior & exterior) using top-tier tools and techniques

Power washing sidewalks, roofs, curbs, parking stops, and more

Soft washing and gutter cleaning

Screen and track cleaning

Paver sealing and minor repairs

Servicing government and industrial properties
Additional Expectations

Maintain organized equipment in company vehicles

Follow required checklists daily and nightly. Whether we're cleaning windows or power washing, our operation is 24/7!

Arrive 30 minutes early before every shift to ensure vehicles are fully stocked and ready
