We are seeking a Field Training & Development Manager to lead training initiatives across North America, the Caribbean, and the UK. This key role will ensure our sales field is equipped with the skills, tools, and confidence to succeed, grow, and lead within Farmasi.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive training strategy across product, sales, leadership, recruiting, and compensation plan
  • Support business growth through training programs that improve onboarding success, recruiting per leader, consultant retention, and overall sales
  • Build structured onboarding journeys to ensure new Farmasi Influencers thrive in their first 90 days (get to know brand, products, comp plan, tools, activity)
  • Lead training initiatives at Farmasinergy, Farmasi Leadership Academy, and regional leadership events (agenda, curriculum, speaker prep, execution)
  • Train the field and Business Development Managers on new apps, reports, and tech tools; manage learning content in Glow Academy (LMS) and online libraries
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Events to ensure world-class learning experiences and field readiness


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Training, L&D, Sales Training, or Field Development
  • Experience in MLM / Network Marketing (desired)
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
  • Excellent communicator and presenter — comfortable on stage, virtual, or in small groups
  • Proven success in driving KPIs through training: onboarding success, recruitment, retention, and product launch growth
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Passion for developing people and creating impactful learning experiences.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50%
