Pay: $22/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday | Assignment: Contract/Temporary

We’re seeking a Bilingual Certified Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting skills and EPA certification. Job Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
Qualifications
- EPA Type II or Universal certification required
- Must have own tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Previous maintenance experience in multifamily housing preferred
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
