We are currently seeking passionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join our team and deliver exceptional care within their chosen travel area(s).

Open Positions:

  • Part-Time/PRN/Full-Time: Flexible 1099 Independent Contractor roles in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. See as many or as few patients as your schedule allows.

  • Full-Time W-2: Available in Palm Beach County with optional health benefits.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Contract, Per diem

1099 Independent Contractor

  • Adult patients: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour (varies depending on treatment type and payer; incentives available for private pay/commercial patients). Payment is per unit.

  • Expected hours: 15–35 per week

  • Pediatric therapists: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour (per unit basis)

Full-Time W-2 Position

  • Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

  • Includes: Optional benefits, CEU reimbursement, PTO, and bonus pay for sessions over 30/week

  • Availability: 30 sessions (hours) per week

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations according to APTA and state standards.

  • Develop and implement personalized Plans of Care based on patient assessments.

  • Set and track realistic, attainable goals for improving mobility, strength, and function.

  • Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.

  • Document progress and communicate updates with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

  • Plan for ongoing patient care after completing the Plan of Treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to create and implement effective treatment plans tailored to patient needs.

  • Expertise in a wide range of Physical Therapy techniques and practices.

  • Strong knowledge of kinesiology, biomechanics, posture, and gait mechanics.

  • Compassionate approach and ability to motivate patients safely and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Current Florida State License

  • CPR Certification
