Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of lawn maintenance associates, assigning projects and following up to make sure that it is done correctly.
• Lawn Crew: Mowing, edging, weed-eating, hand trimming, hand pulling weeds, and possible installation of landscaping
• Install/maintenance of irrigation systems
• Maintain equipment and supplies
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested

Requirements:

• Supervisory skills to motivate and direct a team for best performance
• High school diploma/GED required
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
• Clean drivers license and experience in driving a box truck
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, depending on the task: including baling machine, leaf blowers, lawn mowers and small hand tools, irrigation systems
• Able to work well with minimal supervision
