We are currently seeking an experienced Alarm Technician Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing and maintaining alarm systems, as well as excellent customer service skills. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain alarm systems in residential and commercial properties
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing alarm systems
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on job sites
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in alarm technology
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in alarm system installation and maintenance and have a low voltage Certification
- Knowledge of various alarm systems and their components
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clean background check and drug test
