The International College of Health Sciences (ICHS) is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support our student recruitment and enrollment process. The Admissions Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions journey and ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience. This position plays a vital role in advancing ICHS’s mission to provide quality education to students pursuing careers in healthcare. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Boynton Beach, Florida.


Onsite position in Boynton Beach, FL.


Purpose

The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for managing prospective student inquiries, qualifying leads, supporting outreach efforts, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the admissions process. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, consultative sales ability, and proficiency in student information and CRM systems to help meet the college’s enrollment targets.


Responsibilities


Student Lead Management

· Receive and process incoming student inquiries via phone, email, and online channels

· Qualify leads using established criteria and standardized scripts; assess student goals and fit for programs via discovery interviews

· Schedule and confirm appointments for prospective students with the Enrollment Specialist and other admissions staff

· Track, monitor, and manage leads through multiple CRM stages and activity pipelines

· Maintain accurate and comprehensive student and lead records in Campus Café CRM and student management systems


Communication and Coordination

· Guide students from initial inquiry through to enrollment, providing accurate information about programs, admissions requirements, and documentation needs

· Conduct outbound communications including calls, texts, emails, and virtual meetings

· Collaborate closely with Enrollment Specialist, enrollment assistants, and other departments to ensure seamless handoffs and support for prospective students

· Respond to prospective student inquiries promptly and professionally

· Ensure new students are orientation-ready and have completed all application steps


Administrative Support

· Manage and update lead information in Campus Café and related databases

· Prepare and deliver daily and weekly reports on lead performance, outreach, and conversions; use data to inform strategy and meet enrollment benchmarks

· Maintain organized digital and physical record-keeping systems

· Support compliance efforts and assist in the collection and review of required documentation (e.g., transcripts, applications)

· Participate in retention initiatives by supporting the onboarding process for newly enrolled students

Requirements:

Qualifications

Education / Experience / Knowledge

High school diploma or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years of related experience equals one year of schooling.


Required Experience and Skills:

• 1-2 years of customer service, admissions or call center experience

• Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse populations

• Proven ability to follow structured communication scripts and processes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word)

• Experience working with CRM software, preferably Campus Café, and call technology platforms (e.g., VOIP, auto-dialers)

• Data-driven mindset with an ability to interpret reports and adapt strategy as needed

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

• Comfortable working with performance metrics and KPIs

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required


Desired:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree

• Experience in educational sales, student recruitment, or related service fields

• Familiarity with admissions processes in nursing or allied health education

• Strong problem-solving skills
