  • Do you thrive in a collaborative, safety-first environment?

On Week One, You Might

  • Complete preventive inspections across building systems and log your findings.
  • Respond to time-sensitive maintenance requests from staff and leadership.
  • Repair a faulty circuit, address a plumbing issue, and service an HVAC unit.
  • Assist with setting up or maintaining equipment to support operations.
  • Confirm all work aligns with safety procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Share observations with teammates and suggest improvements.

We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED; trade school or technical certification is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or a related discipline.
  • Broad knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • A knack for troubleshooting, with strong attention to detail.
  • Independent work ethic plus a collaborative attitude.
  • Clear, customer-friendly communication.
  • Valid driver’s license and consistent transportation.
