An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with MedSurg experience at a charming 88-bed hospital located near Panama City Beach and Tallahassee, Florida. This role focuses on a 28-bed Medical-Surgical unit, offering a consistent midshift schedule. The position is ideal for those seeking a contract assignment with reliable hours and a supportive work environment.

Situated in Bonifay, FL, this community offers a small-town atmosphere with easy access to natural parks and the Gulf Coast's beautiful beaches. Enjoy a slower pace of life while remaining within driving distance of larger cities and cultural amenities in Panama City Beach and Tallahassee.
Schedule:
- Midshift (11 a.m. 7 p.m.)
- Work 8 days on / 6 days off
- Friday to Friday rotation
- 72 hours guaranteed every two weeks
- Minimal float, with possible on-call duties
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Active Florida RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred, but not mandatory
- Previous MedSurg nursing experience aligned with MS-RN standards
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to adult patients on the medical-surgical unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications according to protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital standards
