Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of case preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence.

• Coordinate discovery processes such as gathering documents, preparing responses, and organizing evidence.

• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including creating exhibits, organizing trial binders, and participating in strategy meetings.

• Maintain case files and ensure accurate documentation within case management software.

• Conduct legal research to support case development and provide insights for litigation strategies.

• Communicate effectively with clients and other parties to gather necessary information and provide case updates.

• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with court schedules and filing requirements.

• Collaborate with the legal team to identify and address case needs, ensuring smooth workflow.

• Support attorneys in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation through administrative and legal tasks.

• Review medical records and summarize findings to aid in case analysis.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury or medical malpractice.
• Proficiency in case management software and other legal tools.
• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and civil litigation procedures.
• Proven ability to assist with trial preparation and organize large volumes of case materials.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with personal injury law and litigation practices.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in legal documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
