Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Traveling Facility Maintenance Handyman to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys variety and traveling for work. In this role, you will be responsible for performing commercial maintenance and repair projects across multiple locations, delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is an hourly position that offers the chance to work independently or as part of a team.

Compensation:

$20 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:

Adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
Work independently or as part of a team, depending on the job scope.
Complete maintenance tasks before moving on to the next project or provide temporary solutions when necessary.
Represent the company professionally in the field with a clean and presentable uniform and appearance.
Ensure punctuality for all appointments and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Must be available for on-call duties after hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to respond to emergency situations.
Must own a smartphone and have basic computer skills (e.g., uploading photos, sending emails and texts).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Spanish is a plus but not required.
Strong experience in concrete work, including finishing and repairs.
Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to completing tasks and maintaining high-quality work standards.
