Gold Coast Physical Therapy (formerly FYZICAL Palm Beach) is a patient-focused practice with 11 locations throughout Palm Beach County. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our administrative team as an Entry-Level Authorization Specialist, supporting our clinicians in delivering timely, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit and track therapy authorizations using EMR systems and online portals
• Communicate with healthcare teams to ensure timely processing of documentation
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending authorizations
• Support front office and clinical operations as needed
