About the Role:

The General Manager for our Landscape Company will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. This role requires strategic planning and execution to enhance service delivery, optimize resource allocation, and maintain high customer satisfaction within the agriculture and landscaping sector. The General Manager will lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. They will also manage client relationships, vendor partnerships. Ultimately, this position is pivotal in driving the company’s vision forward while maintaining operational efficiency and market competitiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISA Arborist CPO.
• Certification in Landscape Management or Professional Horticulture.
• Experience with sustainable landscaping practices and environmental stewardship.
• Familiarity with advanced project management software and financial analysis tools.
• Established network within the Florida agriculture and landscaping industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share in the landscaping industry.
• Oversee daily operations including project management, workforce scheduling, and quality control to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Manage financial performance by preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and analyzing financial reports to maximize profitability.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team aligned with company values.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and foster long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for business growth through market research, customer feedback, and innovation in landscaping services.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations relevant to agriculture and landscaping activities in Florida.

The General Manager will utilize leadership and communication skills daily to inspire and coordinate the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Strategic planning and financial acumen are essential for budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability. Knowledge of industry regulations and environmental standards will guide compliance and operational decisions. We have offices located in Delray Beach, Pompano Beach, West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale. This position will be at our Pompano Beach location primarily.

Salary $100-$120k annually depending on experience.
